Night is Talisman Club Night
on a Friday evening when we will be arranging occasional
quizzes, play-readings, etc. The bar is always open and
thereís always someone to chat to Ė or play a game of
Scrabble or draughts with, read the paper, and enjoy the
ambience. Bring your friends and introduce them to the
Tali; new members Ė come and meet us old hands! Improvements
to the seating and decoration in the bar mean a better
environment, so come along Ė itís better than the telly!
Donít forget, if you are a member of an
organisation that may be interested in booking the whole
theatre for a charity / fundraising event this is a real
possibility. Itís a great way to fill the theatre with
new faces and raise our profile in the community whilst
at the same time supporting deserving causes. Please contact
any member of the Executive for further information.
(or Coffee) at the Tali
A morning "Tea (or Coffee)
at the Tali" session is held at the theatre between
10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m on the first Thursday of every
month. Already we have been experiencing mini informal
gatherings and we thought this may be an opportunity to
make something more organised at which potential newcomers
to our theatre could come along for a chat and look around.
