ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility at Talisman Theatre
At Talisman Theatre, we’re dedicated to making sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. We aim to provide equal access to all of our guests.
Getting Around
Our entrance, main foyer, bar, and the first two rows (A & B) of the auditorium are all step-free and fully accessible.
For Our Wheelchair Users
We have two wheelchair spaces at either end of the front row, available next to seats A1 and A12, which can be booked by phone. To make things easier, we also offer a complimentary seat for an essential carer. To make sure that these are correctly allocated for wheelchair users and to ensure all your needs are met these spaces can be booked via our in-house box office. Simply call our box office at 01926 856548 to book. You may need to leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Wheelchair and carer seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need a wheelchair position after booking a regular seat, just give us a call, and we’ll happily reassign you to a designated spot. If your preferred date is fully booked, we’ll exchange your ticket for another performance at no extra cost.
For those using wheelchairs who don’t need a designated space, we’re happy to store your chair in a safe spot during the performance. Just let one of front of house team know on arrival and they’ll be more than happy to help.
Accessible Toilets
We have accessible toilet facilities located in the ground-level foyer for your convenience.
Assistance Dogs
We’re happy to accommodate assistance dogs. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll make sure you have a seat near the aisle. We can also provide water for your dog.
Hearing Support
For those who need it, we have an Induction Hearing Loop available in the theatre to enhance sound quality.
