The Talisman Theatre is committed to providing equal access to all Patrons.


Wheelchair policy

Tickets are available for Patrons in wheelchairs and we can accommodate 2 wheelchairs in each performance. As a courtesy, Patrons in wheelchairs may book a complimentary essential carer seat.

Wheelchair & carer seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis from the Theatre only. Please call 01926 856548 and leave a message so we can call you back to make the booking.

If a Patron finds they need a wheelchair position after purchasing a regular theatre seat, they must call 01926 856548 to be re-assigned a designated wheelchair position. If the two designated wheelchair positions are already sold for the date of the original tickets, the Box Office will exchange the Patron’s ticket for the next available date of performance, or to a date satisfactory to the Patron at no additional charge.

For a Patron who is a wheelchair user but does not require a wheelchair space we have storage for a limited number of wheelchairs.


Wheelchair accessible toilets


Fully accessible toilet facilities are located in the foyer at ground level.


Assistance dogs


Dog spaces are available upon request; please let us know during the booking process and a seat next to the aisle will be allocated to you. We can also provide drinking water for your dog.


Sound Enhancement


The Theatre has an Induction Hearing loop.
